Senior Manager for IB Access Projects

  • Senior Leadership role in IB Access department

  • Directed large scale, long-term teacher training projects to help new, under-represented schools (e.g. Poland, Kazakhstan) attain IB authorisation more successfully 

  • Worked with the Japanese government to initiate the Japanese Dual Language IB Diploma

  • Developed German Dual Language IB Diploma with the German government (ZfA)

  • Worked with UN agencies on school improvement (Nepal, Indonesia)

  • Responsible for devising, planning, budgeting and roll out of IB initiatives, in collaboration with governments, companies and agencies

  • Delivered numerous workshops on IB education; frequent speaker at IB regional conferences
